Simple, respectful analytics.

Puptown uses limited first-party analytics to understand which stories people visit, how they find us, and whether they follow links that support our work.

We use an anonymous browser identifier and session cookie. We do not use advertising trackers, build advertising profiles, sell analytics information, or store visitor IP addresses in our analytics database.

We may record pages viewed, referring site, campaign tags included in a link, and clicks on important links such as email or Taxco Treasures. Obvious automated scans and bots are reported separately from probable human visits.
